DuPont Underground:
Preservation Today
In 2003, Julian Hunt applied to take the abandoned trolley station and develop it into a contemporary art tunnel museum. Hunt was inspired by the European tunnel museums that also take old transportation systems and redevelop them. To this day, DuPont Underground supports contemporary art exhibits, comedy nights, and much more!
